Single pieces of furniture, several rooms or items from a cellar, garage or attic: tell us exactly what needs collecting. Photos and approximate dimensions help us estimate transport needs and the work involved.
Planning access and collection
For your quote, we need the collection address, preferred date, floor, lift details and distance from the parking space to the entrance. We discuss large or heavy items and narrow staircases with you beforehand.
Combine disposal with your move
If you are leaving some belongings behind when moving, you can request moving and disposal together. Mark clearly on your photos or list which items should be moved and which should be disposed of.
Scope and costs
Quantity, material, weight, access and transport affect the work involved. Let us know about special materials beforehand so we can clarify whether and how we can handle them. Your quote sets out the agreed work and costs.

Which photos do you need?
Show all the items to be collected. For several rooms, an overview of each room and additional pictures of large or heavy pieces are helpful.
Do I need to be there for collection?
We agree access, key handover and a contact person with you in advance.
Is disposal included in the moving price?
Only if it is expressly included in your quote. Mention any additional disposal needs when you enquire.
